IDENTITY THEATRE X ROSARIO 2009
Basis for the contest THEATRICAL
TEATROXLAIDENTIDAD ROSARIO 2009 cycle will consist of 4 performances of works emerging from THEATRICAL DESIGN CONTEST. These will be selected by a selection committee composed of renowned playwrights, through the mechanism described below.
theatrical texts should be half-hour, maximum. The term refers to the net time the show ended.
The theme will be about identity broadly, ie it may or may not address the issue of appropriate children, being at the discretion of the jury for its relevance to the cycle.
The shows will be simple in technical resolution (set design, assembly and disassembly) and to be sharing space with other shows that they are intended.
The presentation should be made by mail, and paper-PRESENTATION MUST BE BOTH FORMATS.
A: PAPER
The texts were submitted in three copies in A4 size or letter, written on one side only and will be signed with a pseudonym.
In the first envelope marked:
the dramatic text (the name of the Work and signed with a pseudonym).
the artistic, (at least one sheet, prepared by the director and signed with the same pseudonym).
In a second separate sealed envelope will be completed PROJECT SUBMISSION FORM. It should list:

List of actors who participate in the project. List
who will cover the various technical areas.
brief CVs of all members of the project.
Outside of this envelope should bear the title of the Work and the chosen pseudonym.
Works Reception will be held at the headquarters of the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo Rosario: Moreno 248 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 am to 14hs, from 23 March to 16 June 2009 inclusive.

SELECTION PROCESS:
will take into account the dramatic text and the artistic, as a starting point in the first instance of the selection of the project through the opening of the first envelope, where the 4 selected winning entries.
Once selected to serve on the 4 Cycle Works opens the second envelope with the submission form where you can learn the names of members of each of the selected theater projects.
Each author may submit (with different pseudonym) more than one work, but if selected two or more works by the same author, the judges will select ONLY ONE of them. The same criterion will be taken to the Director.
As for the actors and other technical areas, to participate an actor in two or more projects that will suggest appropriate replacements are made for each person to participate in only ONE show.

The working group should be able to carry out the project on a self-managed.
The Executive Producer will work in the commission of TXI production. It is a condition sine qua non the presence and participation the head of the executive producers in the production meetings. This charge can not be rotating and requires no prior knowledge or experience.
Each selected project will be in contact with TXI through a Contact Commission during the tests until the premiere.
Selected works will participate in the event that TEATOXLAIDENTIDAD ROSARIO held during the month of October 2009 at the CEC (Center of Contemporary Expressions) of our city.
Selected works may be called by the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo Rosary to participate in various activities, which performs the branch here in the city and its surroundings, namely: talks / discussion schools, districts, or any other event where important contribution is considered theater as an essential tool in the search for the grandchildren removed by the last military dictatorship.
